Read SEC filings on your Kindle

New 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and 13F holdings for a company, delivered whole — the one document class nobody enjoys reading in a browser.

Set this up Free for 14 days.

Why on a schedule

A 10-K is eighty pages of prose that nobody enjoys reading in a browser tab, and everybody who needs to read one needs to read it end to end.

New filings for a company — annual and quarterly reports, 8-K events, 13F holdings — delivered whole, on a weekday morning schedule. This is the one document class where an e-reader is unambiguously the right surface.

What arrives

Each new filing as an article, with the form type, filing date and a link to the document on EDGAR.
