Questions
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new subscribers can choose Plus or Pro and enjoy their first 7 days free. After the trial, the selected plan renews at the displayed price. Cancel anytime. Lifetime purchases do not include a trial.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Settings through Stripe’s secure billing portal. Your plan stays available through the end of the current period, and your recent deliveries remain downloadable for 7 days afterward.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your reading continues during a 3-day grace period while Stripe retries the payment. Your recent deliveries remain available to read and download for 7 days if the plan later pauses.
Can I switch plans?
Either direction, any time. Stripe handles plan changes and prorating in its billing portal, and every payment gets an invoice.
Is there a free plan?
Starter access includes Daily Read and Weekly Read, each with one built-in source, delivered to RoutineInk. Plus, Pro and Pro Lifetime unlock paid features.
