How RoutineInk is designed

Personal-use reading, account-specific privacy, clear access boundaries and an independent relationship with Amazon.

· RoutineInk

RoutineInk is designed around personal reading, transparent delivery and clear boundaries.

Personal-use reading

The browser extension reformats the page you are already reading, in your own logged-in session. Our servers never sign in as you and never work around an access control. If you cannot read it in your browser, you cannot send it through the extension.

The extension works with the page already open in your browser and sends only the article you choose.

An account-specific delivery history

One user, one copy. Extracted content is never shared between accounts, there is no public archive, and everything follows the retention window your plan states — 90 days on Plus, and no expiry while Pro access remains active, including Pro Lifetime. Two people sending the same article receive separate copies with separate retention dates.

Clear access boundaries

RoutineInk respects publisher access rules. If a source refuses access, we stop and tell you instead of working around it.

Not affiliated with Amazon

We deliver through Amazon's personal-documents feature, which means Amazon's rules apply and Amazon can change them. RoutineInk keeps retained delivery files in your history so you can re-download available content during your plan's retention period.
