Delete your account
You can permanently remove your account, Deliveries, Sources, Schedules, devices and preferences.
Delete it yourself
Sign in on the website, open Settings → Account → Your data, then choose Delete my account.
Cannot sign in?
Email contact@routineink.com from the address used for your account. We may ask for a limited identity check before deleting data.
If you subscribed in a mobile store
Deleting a RoutineInk account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in that store first so it does not continue renewing after your account is gone.
We delete the profile and associated product data. We retain a one-way trial marker and limited, detached payment or store identifiers for security, fraud prevention, delayed store events, disputes and legal obligations. Apple, Google, Stripe and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own policies. See the Privacy Policy.
